The price charged on treatwell was more than the price on the price list. Also, the place was jammed with people and there didn’t seem to be enough staff to cope. Further, nobody was available to attend to me at my scheduled appointment time and I had to wait before being seen.

The coat has more nail polish on some fingernails and less on others. Also the nail polish looks uneven.
