My appointment did the job of getting the nails off but it was a less relaxing and cared for experience than I've had elsewhere for quite a high price point.

I find the technicians very slapdash and I had to ask them to clean around the nails where the polish had been applied roughly and I have been left with a bubble on obe of my thumbnails. They need to pay more attention to the detail.
