Lovely staff - thanks Mimi! There’s lots of upselling which feels slightly unnecessary (I think I was asked 3 times if I wanted to add a mani), and I would’ve liked to have seen more overt signs of sanitised tools - maybe they were, but hard to tell!

Went in for the £25 manicure. Asked for just a shape and no length off, but they filed my nails down to the nail bed. The filing and pushing back the cuticles was very rough and hurt quite a bit. Was pushed to get gel nails and I said several times I do not like like or want gel nails. I was shown mail colours and was told they were the shellac colours but they gave me and charged me for gel. Had polish on my fingers and was peeling it off my skin as they finished my partners nails.
