Jason is a calm, friendly therapist, trainer, health care professional, currently training at the British college of osteopathic medicine. I have a wealth of experience in semi professional sports and private practice to help you with your injuries, stress, health, fitness, and improve your sporting performance. Clinical, mind, body, spirit holistic approach. 😊 Hi all ! If booking your first appointment with me please could you book the free consult first followed by your hour appointment immediately after. Which will consist of medical history, consultation, examination assessment then treatment. please bring a pair of shorts and running shoes if you are a runner in case I need to check your running style and biomechanic's. I am not a deep tissue massage therapist but do use myofascial, massage, sports massage, and osteopathic techniques as part of treatment along with acupuncture if required. Jason at Happyfit.uk PT and Sports Therapist :) is situated at his home clinic Lower Ground Floor, 19 Powis Road BN1 3HJ. Jason has been a multi-skilled sports therapist since 2010. Jason uses a holistic, clinical, mind, body, spirit approach along with sport life and business coaching.
If you are in acute or chronic pain, need advice on your pain or injury please message me on whats app or call 07534448688 so I can best advise you and what type of treatment or referall you need. When booking your first apt please book and pay for the £1 half hour consult first. Then book the time you need. First appointments I would need to see you for an initial 45 minute treatment.
Modalites used, sports massage, acupuncture, sports stretching, mobilisation of joints, soft tissue manipulation. While I use massage as a modality I am not a deep tissue massage therapist. I am a sports therapist.
