Perfect treatment

I Thought the therapist was excellent. I really did benefit from the treatment I had with her. I was not sure about how clean the towels I laid on were though, and the stair carpets looked like they needed shampooed. Also there a big basin of dirty used water on display lying by the stairs too. It is the small things like this that which affects your overall experience.
