upon arrival I was confus3d to see the shutters on the shop down as I was only 10 minutes early to my appointment I thought i had got the wrong date until the shop was opened after 5 minutes, this was fine as the staff were very quick and got me seen to on time but confusing as it was a gift I thought I had gone to the wrong place.
the staff member that dealt with me that day called Laura was exceptional and attentive with all aspects of the treatments and asked of my own wants and needs throughout.
overall the treatments and general experience was as expected and thoroughly enjoyed and I will not hesitate to return
