I’ve been going to Harborne Spa for more than half a year and have never been disappointed. Last time I tried glycolic peel and this was the best facial I’ve ever had - highly recommend!

Overall this is a nice salon, but there were a few issues. First, I wasn't asked how I wanted my eyebrows to be shaped until midway through the treatment, and then no kind of cooling product was used after the waxing which meant my eyebrows felt sore, and this is not something I've experienced when having this treatment previously. Second, the facial was very nice but it was also very different to the last facial I had at this salon, which was surprising as I would have expected it to be the same (for example, steam was used last time and not this time, last time I was asked about my skin but this time I wasn't). Also, the therapist was clearly on her phone while waiting for the face mask to set, which made the experience somewhat less relaxing.
