This was my second time having my eyebrows threaded by Bita at Harborne Spa and I was very happy with the service and results. I was able to rearrange the appointment with no problem and Bita even managed to fit me in for a last minute manicure after the threading. Thank you!

Appointment ran a little late but very good communication from staff. Loved my brows and really enjoyed the experience. Like the changes that have been made with the new management and will continue to try different treatments at this lovely venue.
