Low value for money. Had gel nails costing £30!!! I was expecting something special and to feel pampered..I could have got the rather basic customer service, venue and end result at a far cheaper cost at a nail bar. I left with two sore, cut cuticles which are still scabbed and healing after one week. The skin all around my cuticles is now dry, flaking and peeling. The nail varnish started to lift and peel after 6 days. They all look like they have been growing out for about 2 weeks as the varnish did not reach my cuticles or the sides of my nails when they were first done. Limited number of colours to choose from compared to other beauty salons I’ve been to. Towels that I rested my hands on had seen better days. All looked a bit tired and dated for a place called a ‘spa’. Was expecting much better particularly when taking the price into consideration.

This was my second visit to Eden spa. I had the deep tissue massage first and it was amazing! Ash is really good and recommended the hot stone massage. I have had massages in a few places in Birmingham but this is the best by far!
