Very relaxing treatment, I was made to feel at ease and the therapist put a lot of care and attention into my massage. There was some noise from outside which interrupted the ambiance on a couple of occasions, but that would be my only criticism.

I had never had this treatment before as the website said there would be a consultation before the treatment. I was just told to lie down even though I explained I was nervous. The Hollywood was quick and not as painful as I thought it would be. I was disappointed when I got home and my partner told me there was still hair. My legs had wax still on them when I got home and it took a while to get it off. The staff were polite enough. I was there for approximately 45 minutes for both treatments. Maybe if a little more time was taken all of the hair would have been removed and there would not have been wax left on me
