Roxana was wonderful, she styled my hair to perfection and was evidently an expert hairdresser. My only critique would be the communication between staff, Roxana wasn’t told by reception that I had arrived until 10 minutes past my appointment time, despite me being 15 minutes early. However, the haircut overall was fantastic and I will definitely be returning to Roxana.
