On time to be seen by Charu who was very welcoming and friendly. It was my first wax and she made me feel very comfortable and told me some after care information that was really useful for a newbie. Overall very pleased with the treatment, fairly quick as well and pain minimal to the best that she could.

Awful. We turned up on time to find the stylist had left to walk her dog. Staff seemed unconcerned telling us that it was only just gone our appointment time. In the end she was 20 min late. Haircut appalling. I asked for the fringe to meet the eyebrows and instead there's a 2cm gap (think Dumb and Dumber).
