I went to the clinic to see Alice, she was extremely professional and friendly. I was very nervous and didn't know what to expect, everyone was very friendly and put me at ease. Thank you everyone in the skin clinic for making me feel comfortable, I would highly recommend.

First impressions of the clinic are really good, it's lovely and clean, it makes you feel like you are in one of the best clinics in London. The staff made me feel at ease (thanks Alice) and I now feel I have the knowledge and advice I was seeking to proceed with my treatment! Can't wait :)
