I'm so pleased I found these guys. I'm just starting to consider some cosmetic treatments and I went purely for information. The staff are fab. Everyone from the receptionist to the advisor were great. I have decided to wait a bit longer before going ahead with the treatment as I'm not quite ready. The great thing was they didn't try to convince me otherwise, and because of this it made me all the more certain that when I am ready I will use them. First class

Exceptional customer service, couldn't be better! I rang around 9am on Wednesday morning for an appointment and was dealt with an extremely helpful lady who made an appointment for me for the very same day. Above all else, there were no hidden charges (having previously already spent hundreds of pounds on ineffective consultations I really was not looking to spend any more). I arrived at the clinic all staff were extremely helpful and welcoming but the icing on the cake was the nurse who dealt with me - Alice. She spent over 30 mins carefully analysing my skin and talking me through all treatment options. There was no hard selling at any point and not once did I feel obliged to buy any products. In fact, i was told to wait and see how my skin settles before further overload of chemicals. I can safely say after spending considerable amounts of money and time with other dermatologists at Harley Street, Alice is by far the best person i have dealt with in my time so far. She is honest, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Thank you Alice for all your advice I am grateful :)

I have been visiting the lovely team at Harley Injectables for many years for various treatments and have always been thoroughly happy with the results. The team are always very helpful and welcoming and I trust them totally with my skin. I look forward to more visits in the future.

Absolutely fantastic clinic, all staff are so welcoming and have enjoyed the entire experience whilst being here. Alice is a brilliant and I am so happy with all the results. Highly recommend!!

Following a series of bespoke protocols for my skin with Alice my my results are outstanding. Her knowledge and approach with the patient are second to none. There is a revolution taking place.
