I was taken upstairs to Sheyma to begin my treatment. I had met Sheyma previously to discuss what I wanted. Sheyma was caring & explained the process fully to me.She showed me the outline & then proceeded, numbing cream was applied so the microblading was practically painless. She was asking if I was ok throughout & I am so pleased with the result would definitely recommend.
