Melis is welcoming and kind and makes you feel acknowledged the moment u walk in. She is clean, professional and knowledgeable and answers any questions in depth and with grace always giving extra time if due.
She is empathetic with all her clients and tends to them in exactly the way they need. As electrolysis can be a quite daunting procedure she explained it fully with the benefits and aftercare making me feel completely at ease.
I highly recommend her and if it was possible i would give her 6 stars ✨✨✨
