I recommend Cinzia's warm bamboo massage highly. I had regular headaches related to tension in my back neck and shoulders, she used her skills and the warm bamboo to loosen knots and tensions and improve the pain in just one sessions.

It’s in a private flat and it’s clean, although maybe it can be done up a bit more. Maybe move the treatment room to the bigger room? The treatment itself - caci facial - is good value for money and it does give you a fresher look. For anyone expecting a dramatic face lift, remember the price :-) My only gripe is that a few tiny spots have appeared on my face, but overall it does tighten the face and Cinzia is also very nice

I wish I would have read the reviews . This isn’t a salon and the place was .. so dirty !!! I wanted to leave literally the moment I stepped into the room but I thought give it a try . I did not have even my jacket off and the lady started upselling.. which went trough out the whole treatment .
She touched my back and told me with the first touch that I have a lot of back tension so I agreed to the deep tissue massage .. which was a big mistake as she did the massage with her elbows and she puts all her wait on your shoulder blades and couple of times on the spine which was very painful .
Very little did I know at that point that she uses the same line on everyone, I’ve just read a review from 2014 and a lady wrote that cinzia knew where she had tensions in the back even without taking off the jacket .
Very disappointing way of selling a Treatment .
the microdermabrasion facial was a bad Joke .
After the treatment she tried to up sell for over 10 minutes .
I would definitely not recommend this place. I’ve payed a salon price of 140 pounds and the service was not even worth a third of it .

Cinzia's soothing voice puts you at ease. She started off with a deep tissue massage and hot stones because I was too stiff. She then proceeded to the Lymphatic massage, where I was left feeling refreshed and calm. Let's just say that 1hr was not enough!
