First of all you guys need to know this is not a salon. This "venue" is based in someone's flat . So you have to take shoes off straight away , and well
... You are in someone's flat ! Lady is nice and all but the hot waxing was disappointing . She left quite a lot of hair which was disappointing .... And for the price you pay , I would have expected a top notch treatment . I think I will not be returning sadly .

Cinzia was very welcoming and experienced. The premises were lovely too. She made me feel comfortable, introduced different treatments to personalise the treatment. I felt very relaxed after the massage. I will definitely go back.

The treatment itself was good. The experience was uncomfortable. As others have said this does not feel like going to a professional establishment, but to someone's flat. This is made worse by the therapist's poor sense of personal boundaries, she talked a lot of the time making personal remarks, questions, compliments and trying to sell me things. Also often slightly touching me in the arms. I had the sense that she's unnecessarily close and could smell her breath. I just wanted to relax and enjoy and kept feeling my space is invaded. I am sure she is trying to do a good job and her style works well with some people but not for me.
