Quite dingy, cold and not relaxing in the slightest. Felt uncomfortable throughout. Seems like a nice lady but unfortunately the quality of service fell way short.

This was my first time coming here. Cinizia was very welcoming and kind. I had a full leg and bikini wax and was amazed at how quickly she worked. Unfortunately later I realised I experienced what another reviewer had said...I had quite a lot of long hairs not taken care and the overall attention to detail was quite poor, so now I realise why quicker isn't always better. The wax she uses was great and I've not had such a pain free bikini before, so definitely points for that, but I'd say that if you want a full wax where you don't need to spend time afterwards yourself with tweezers then I'd say just ask for a second run through and double or triple check before you leave. I appreciate there are always some that are left behind but this was much more than I'd ever experienced before.

Cinzia texted me her addres, directions, and confirmed the time just after I made the booking. Very professional. Cinzia was extremely good. She consulted me and we decided on a massage and treatment appropriate for me. This was really nice of her. Her pressure was correct and she kept asking if I was comfortable- I really like that she did. She even added bonus hot stones. Thank you Cinzia.
