The therapist told me when I arrived that she planned to pluck my eyebrows, despite the fact I had booked a wax. I told her I wanted them waxed so I then had to wait while the wax was heated. The waxing treatment was good; painless and quick and she then plucked the remaining hairs the wax hadn't picked up which is normal in all waxing treatments. She put a nice UV protection lotion on afterwards which I appreciated as it meant was skin was protected from the sun. Unfortuantely the next day I discovered a few long hairs that had been missed by both wax and the tweezers so I then had to remove them myself.
