Good experience overall, only received 5 minutes of asked massage though sadly. But was substituted with hot stone massages, pranic healing and a good talk of what might be best.

This place is in a cute little neighborhood, actually in a house which has been semi-converted into a great little salon! Very clean and airy, relatively quiet, and Cinzia is a fantastic lady who puts you at ease with comfortable amounts of chat and advice without coming near being overbearing. Waxing is never fun but it was as bearable as it gets. Highly recommend this place - I have another appointment booked already - just be aware that it looks exactly like the flats around it so you do have to walk right up to the door to see the little sign over the door buzzer, otherwise there's no sign that it's not just a regular house.

I'm giving the treatment 5 stars but I did'nt actually get this service because there was a mistake and Cinzia rang me in advance to let me know. Communication was excellent. I came to see her anyway and she was so lovely to offer me a relaxing massage instead. I felt great after and I will be back.
