Very disappointing experience. The atmosphere and ambience are ok, standard and average, seemed clean. First negative was that the cosmetician tried to sell me all sorts of other services and products from the very moment I entered to the moment I stepped out, not what I would call a relaxing experience. In terms the quality of the face massage: The best part of it was the neck and shoulder massage that the cosmetician started with, which was actually very good. The face massage itself was plain bad, performed with no skill, seems also with insufficient oil. It had a damaging impact on my face. I had burst capillaries on both of my cheeks and my whole face was slightly swollen for a couple of days.

Excellent deep tissue massage - firm, deeply penetrating all the knots, very relaxing. I get massages often, and found Cinzia very experienced and with a calm centred energy and focus on the massage & intuition for getting the right spots. I would return again. Massage is in a dedicated room in her home, which I found pleasant, with relaxing music and finishing up with a gentle gong.

The facial I received was very thorough and also included a neck massage which was much needed. My skin felt great for a few days after the treatment so I would recommend Harmony. Also good directions were given to find the building, which is on a residential street.

I had an amazing facial and a fab Stone Therapy massage. My skin looks great and I feel extremely relaxed and tension free. I am happy with the service and results and I re booked for a course of Facials.
