I had a wonderful experience, Cinzia was very welcoming, made me feel at home very quickly. She really knows her stuff! I had a CACI facial and I could really tell the difference after one session, that it's so good I've signed up for a course of 10 plus you get one free also thrown in. :-) It's definitely worth going to her flat for treatments rather than a very expensive salon for her 20 plus years expertise on skincare.

An incredible stone massage treatment. Cinzia is very thorough and clearly knows how to identify problem points and work them out. The whole process felt very professional and I came out feeling relaxed and like my problematic areas were given the attention they needed. Such a lovely lady and clearly very educated and passionate about her work and clients. The only setbacks were that the website double booked two of her clients so she offered to work me in later if that worked for me. Although I was very appreciative for her working me in on the same day, it started half an hour late and caused her to be late for her next appointment. To avoid any kind of disappointment, I would give her a call before you book through the website. Running in to IT issues are not her fault! Overall, if you are looking for someone who really knows how to deliver a great treatment and great service, Cinzia is the one.
Hot Stone Massage
Cinzia is one of the best therapists around, I've had many massages in the past and this was by far one of the best. She also tailored it to my needs which was a combination of hot stone and deep tissue massage. She is friendly, professional and highly skilled.
Cinzia was very friendly and professional. She put hot stones under my shoulder-blades for further relaxation, which felt really good! Would recommend!
