the massage was good and what I required, its an easy venue to find - only 5 min walk from Swiss Cottage underground. The hot stones were relaxing and Cinzia varied the pressure as I requested.

Cinzia was very welcoming and made sure i was comfortable. She didnt make me feel that we had to rush the treatment. definitely spent over an hour as she wanted to offer the best service. The massage was very tailoured to my needs. She spent extra time where i had a lot of tension. I know some comments said she was chatty but only because she was trying to get to the root of the pain. I personally found the small chat like a life coaching session which made me more relaxed. So overall, defintely worth the money!

The lady doing the treatment was not very friendly. she talked through the entire treatment, which gave me no time to relax. she then tried to sell me lots of product, which I know arent suitable for my skin.

the facial was okay. Wasn't special just A normal facial the place was easy to find and wasn't very difficult, in trying to find. Otherwise everything was okay and relaxing.
