She changed me the hour of the appointment at last minute. But then she was pretty flexible to re-accommodate me. The manicure was ok but not perfect. The therapist does really good massages.

Cinzia is amazing. All the products were natural and gentle. My skin feels great after it and glows. Will go back likely for an oxygen facial next time.
