The massage was very good however the lady at reception was rude and pushy, and was trying to get me to pay £10 more than the price on Treatwell (despite me showing her my confirmation email). She agreed to make me pay the Treatwell price only when I said otherwise I was going to leave. That’s not how it works, if the price on Treatwell are wrong then they should change them, not get people to come in and them try to force them to pay more.
