The receptionist/lady taking my booking details was lovely and very professional, she listened to my needs and gave me perfect customer service. The massage therapist however was not so professional - she first tried to persuade me to have the male therapist and kept insisting even though I said I prefer a female. Then her massage technique was quite rough, cold hands, cold baby oil, the room was cold and it just felt very haphazard and not relaxing at all. The walls are quite thin too, so lots of noise from people outside was coming in.
I had hopi candle wax done on my ears after with the lady who was at reception and that was 10 x more relaxing than the actual massage!
