I'd been suffering from a blocked left ear so I sought someone who could provide ear candling as I have found this, in the past, to be a gentle and effective method of ear wax removal because of the long, narrow canals in my ears.
Sarah is experienced, welcoming and totally professional in her approach.
My hearing is hugely improved but I think I need a return visit for the left ear which has been a problem I've ignored for several months. The right ear is fine now.
