I loved every minute. Struggled to keep my eyes open as I felt so relaxed, calm and welcomed. Sarah is super experienced and just knew exactly what I needed! Although she asked her intuition is spot on! My back has been in bits since getting more round through pregnancy and Sarah gave me some good advice to keep up some gentle stretching which is something I will be doing every day. I will 100% be back and carry this on throughout my pregnancy.
