When I arrived and pushed the bell, Melanie opened the door with:
"You have appointment?"
to which I replied
"Yes."
to which she then said
"Ok, go through."
I wasn't expecting a fanfare but a "Hello, how are you?" might have been nice.
Similarly, when she was finished, I got a:
"Ok you're done," before she immediately walked out of the room. Again, not quite what I was expecting. Something less direct perhaps?
