Waiting 40 minutes for my scheduled appointment is the only downside in what is otherwise a great 5* experience hence only 3 stars.

There was a lot of hair in the sink they wash your hair in and I was pretty disgusted know my hair was going in there without it being cleaned. I couldn’t put my hand bag on the floor because there was lots of hair everywhere. I then went to put my coffee on the table and there was a pair of scissors with hai all in it. I understand it’s a hair dressing salon but I’ve never experienced this before.
Also the lady kept pulling my hair really rough with the brush. I did tell her that she was too rough but it seems that she continued.
I do feel bad about posting a negative review seeing they had lovely customer service and maybe I would go back there, it was just not the best experience I’ve had for the price I paid.
