Walk past here every day on the way to work but this was my first time going in. I went in around 6pm and was warmly greeted by Karen. She knew exactly what I wanted and was open to suggestions such as letting my hair air dry and which product I'd like. She spoke to me like we'd known each other forever, which I appreciated. Amazing value too at £15. I'll be back for sure.

I have been a regular customer at Harold and Leslie for a few years now, and wouldn't go any where else!! fab place, fab people and fab treatment and the food and coffee is also fab x
