Had permanent waves done. At first was not sure what exactly to expect and if I am going to like it... Karen explained step by step what the process is and what could end result be. She only talked when it needed talking - great, no nonsense chit-chat, right up my street! You're cool Karen! Oh, and I love my hair now! Thanks!
