The Wahanda app has an odd relationship with the harpal clinic. Sometimes it only allows the purchase of e-vouchers, which means checking back later in the day to actually make a booking. This time it allowed me to book an appointment over their Christmas holidays when they weren't there.
A lovely new clinic close to work so a great location for me. Alison was amazing, put me at ease and was a very talented hot waxer! To top it all off I was presented with a loyalty card on the way out. I will definitely be going here again!
This is not suppose to be a "negative" review but a "constructive" one: I have undertaken waxing treatments with Alison and cannot recommend her enough. They just started offering gel manicure which is great given the location so close to my office. However I feel a bit disappointed for a number of reasons: 1) the choice of colours was verylimited (fair enought this is not Alison's fault obviously, but they should not start offering gel manicure with limited choice of gels); 2) in hindsight and after analysing it properly once I got home that day I don't think the colour gel was properly applied - it missed couple small corners but also was smudged in some nails - as this is not polish it's not like I can just wipe it clean with acetone at home 3) the price was a bit too much for the final results; 4) the cuticule removal and pre-gel application "pampering" was a bit week.
I feel a bit bad leaving a "not so good" review for Alison because I really liked her in other treatments, but I have to be fair to my last experience and I hope Harpal Clinic improved their manicure offering as I would like to return if the service improves.
