Dr Bains was very professional and gave me a great deal of invaluable advice about a range of health matters. She managed my expectations in terms of the achievable results with Therma Vein and I didn't feel rushed at all with my timeslot for the treatment. This was the first time I had had this treatment. The treatment itself does sting a bit around the nose area in particular, but Dr Bains warned me about this in advance, took breaks from the sensitive areas when needed and was prepared with topical anaesthetic for the especially sensitive areas. Other than the nose area, however, the treatment is pretty painless and Dr Bains put me right at ease, which made the treatment as enjoyable as possible. I would certainly recommend!

Therapist was lovely - really friendly and makes you feel very welcome. I found the treatment more painful however than my usual waxes, and noticed that it wasn't as thorough as I would have liked, with several stray hairs.
