I got a little lost on my way to the salon and was therefore a little late arriving, but the lovely receptionist helped to guide me in and was super friendly and courteous. I was waxed by Alison who was absolutely fantastic - it was my first wax and she was so lovely and put me at ease throughout the process. She is nothing short of a miracle worker - how on earth she managed to totally remove all the hair from an absolute 'disaster area' is beyond me, but she did an amazing job and I will definitely be going back again and again for my waxing. Incredible value :)

I had cosmetic injectables ( botox) last week and facial treatment (Skin Tightening ) today, Dr Bains is passionate about her services and it shows . I am very pleased so far , and plan on going back again for the same treatments and also want to try her hormonal treatment at some points . The team is very friendly as well which makes you feel at ease.

Staff were very friendly, I didn't experienced the treatment as professional as it should be comparing to the price. My waxing was not done properly, I had to book a second appointment to finish the job!

Place is a little difficult to find (it's not where Google maps say that it is) but rang and was talked into the right place. It's clean and well presented and the treatment room is good if a little cosy! All in all a good facial with nice massage (much better than being left for 20 mins in a darkened room)
