I had a cut & blow dry & I showed the stylist a photo of how I wanted my hairstyle. It was nothing like it. I went in to the salon today to complain & they offered me a complimentary wash & blow dry today Thursday. The same stylist did this & the style was still awful. Shame I will still go to that salon but, ask for different stylist

Had a really great experience. Went in for a consultation and then the appointment as was moving from years of highlights to a balyage. Was made to feel very comfortable and the final result was fab.
