I feel absolutely awful leaving a bad review as the staff were so lovely and so good with my son. However I had a balayage done, and although I know I said I like it before I left, but I noticed when I got home that the lighter bits weren’t blended for the natural look. There was a straight line, dark, then a line and blonde. I’ve had to buy some dye and blend myself. I’m sorry to leave a bad review, and it can’t always look the same as the pic but I paid a lot of money and just wanted to let you know.
