Unpleasant environment. Very disorganised , confused with an appointments. I've been there twice, both times I didn't get treatment I was looking for. Very uncomfortable chair to sit on for 2 hours. Seems like they bought it from Ikea for £4. Very noisy in the salon. Owner constantly arguing with staff or customers. They don't accept cards and force you to leave your belongings while you get a cash from cash machine. Girls do very good job with nails. It's a big shame, but I won't go back because of owner and her business structure.

Owner is all over the place and try to be involved in everything. This puts pressure on staff and clients. But lady who does nails is extremely professional and really nice person. She did absolutely amazing job. Thank you.
