Bit hard to find but overall I loved the original ur come of the henna designs

I was really unimpressed, the salon was having building work done so everything was covered in dirt. The owner had her child kicking a football inside so it was noisy and not relaxing. The treatment room was tiny, with no space for the therapist to move around the bed so she did the entire massage from one side, resulting in uneven pressure. The salon was cold and the therapist conducted the massage with me entirely uncovered, I've been for many massages before and this has never happened. There was no music until halfway though when the owner gave the therapist her phone with some 'spa music' loaded off youtube on, but she kept recieving cals so this would jump to a shrill ringtone! She also interrupted the session and Im lay on the bed totally unclothed and uncovered other than my knickers at this point!
To top it off, by booking on Treatwell I paid £25, had I booked in the salon it would have cost £15! I would seriously not recommend this salon.

I wasn't going to write a review but got the email. It probably was down to bad luck but the lady got the time wrong, argued with me about it (even though I had proof) then when she realised I was right there wasn't even a sorry. Went off leaving my procedure 20 minutes late! They then proceeded to do my treatment which took far too long for no result! Had parked in Lidl and had to move my car and pay for further parking. Won't be using treatwell or Harps again. I am sorry.
