Despite the staff having trouble getting to work that morning they were both welcoming and friendly. They apologised but in the end we were only a few minutes late starting. Always a good experience here.

I have been to Harri's beauty clinic a few times for waxing and have had a good experience each time. Mann is very thorough and quick which I like as the pain is over quickly!
