Staff overworked , seemed very exhausted (not sure if salon complies with modern slavery act), no one manning bookings so technicians have to be late and being constantly interrupted- which affected my experience as I had to step out and pay for parking - the fee is not the issue it’s the inconvenience. Technician with glasses has attitude issues and does not treat her colleagues right ,kept on ignoring request to assist (probably overworked too and by the sound of microwave just tried to eat)
