The room feels like a hospital ward, I thought I was going in for surgery. I had to lay on paper which doesn’t have a premium feel and the hole where my face fits was so uncomfortable I had to keep shuffling my head about and adjusting the towels.
The actual massage was good but would like to have had some scented oils rubbed in and not just baby oil.
It was also noisy at times with customers having treatments in other rooms.
I don’t think I will go back.
