Gemma immediately gave me confidence to help me with the pain and limited movement I have in neck and shoulders. Assessment of my posture, wonderful deep and nourishing Massage, deep enough to hit the spot but never painful. After care too to help me improve my posture and reduce my pain. Wish I could have one every week! Two days later my pain is immensely reduced and I have more movement in my neck and shoulders. Thank you so much!
