Kristen is professional, caring & very experienced. She is so intuitive & can work miracles with all sorts of aches & pains. Her handiwork gives much relief, it's just a shame you've to get off that couch after treatment & return to the"real" world. Total relaxation ☺️. If I could afford fortnightly visits, I would do so.

I had never had this type of treatment before so didn’t really know what to expect. Kristen was so lovely and is amazing at what she does. The treatment room is so relaxing especially loved the heated bed. I can honestly say It has really helped me I was really not expecting to get such a positive impact from just the one treatment. I will definitely be booking another treatment soon.

Blissful as ever. You only have to set foot inside The Sanctuary to begin feeling relaxed. Kristen is hugely talented and her energy work is always such a treat. Her massage skills are second to none.

It was worth the long wait to see Kristen. I was in desperate need of a massage and felt great when I left. I will be going every month. Would make it every week but she is very busy!
