I absolutely love my regular sessions with Kristen and she has so much intuition and kindness, as well as being extremely knowledgable and professional, that I come away feeling great for weeks. Her therapy room is a peaceful warm haven and it’s the perfect place to relax. I recommend her to everyone!

Kristen has a very good aura and energy with healing hands. The massage was superb, very restorative and surprisingly energising - thought I would be whacked out after 90 mins of deep massage but I felt fantastic and uplifted afterwards. Will definitely be going back!
