I've been going to Kristen for several years, usually when I'm stressed out with work and kids, and her little sanctuary in Scotton is an ideal place to just stop and be for an hour or two. Kristen has recently developed her skills in Shamanic Healing, and uses her intuition to provide an amazing dream-like experience, which is both relaxing and energising. Kristen is gentle and compassionate, and is adept at making me feel comfortable and relaxed.
