Only had my nails done so can't comment on the spa as a whole. Staff were friendly and welcoming and treatment was good. However, had my nails done right next to where the gym is and the music choice was less than relaxing. Would visit again for the price paid and the service but ambience wasn't great

This was my first experience at the Harbour, and oh boy, what a venue :) it's beautiful, and my beautician was lovely, very friendly and very thorough. Will definitely be coming back!

Both members of staff I came across, a lady on reception and my therapist Chrissie were really friendly and helpful. Really pleased with the results of my eyebrow wax.
