My facial was amazing the room was so relaxing and warm and my therapist Chrissy was so lovely and professional.

The massage was excellent and cannot fault the masseuse but on arrival I sat out by the gym and the front desk wasn't that helpful. I would have much rather sat in the relaxing lounge or been able to visit spa too.

Great experience at the HarSPA Salon for my Hollywood wax, Chrissy was brilliant, professional & friendly. Best wax I've ever had. Would highly recommend.

Deep tissue massage did not cover all problematic muscles even though those were requested. Instead I was asked to book another massage.
