Really lovely venue, welcoming staff- only negative point is they had the same therapist booked to do both mine and my husbands massages which were straight after each other - meaning that my treatment started 20 mins late which made us a bit late for our lunch booking

Waited for 10 mins on reception with one personal only available and taking a call when two girls just came out with no apology for the wait and even then still took a few minutes. Actual massage itself was amazing, couldn’t recommend it more. She listened to my problem areas and really focused on those.
